Cellphone Issues II

This morning I called SprintPCS Customer Support and explained my problems with my current phone and they said that they would swap it out for a brand new phone. Well, they don’t carry the Samsung SPH-N400 any more and that they would give me a $50 credit towards another phone plus once they received my old phone they would credit the account the price of my phone. The phone they were going to send me was the Samsung SPH-A500 until I read the reviews and saw a lot of the same problems I was experiencing. So I decided to go with the Sanyo SCP-8100 instead. Hopefully I will have better luck with this one.
