Cellphone Issues I

Today I was in Spartanburg and decided to go by the SprintPCS store. I wanted them to take a look at my phone again, since I’ve been having problems with it dropping calls and getting weak signals. The previous time they did a software update and thought that would fix the problem. However, it didn’t. This time they told me that there was definitely a problem with the phone and that they would swap it out. So I said that would be fine. That is until they handed me the warranty information that said “refurbished” at the top. I said that since I bought a brand new phone I wanted a brand new phone in return. They said that they could either swap it out for the refurbished one or repair it. I said I would bring it back to be fixed.
